Discover a taste of the Mediterranean from our big pan paellas to tapas and sangria – we have everything you need to make sure your event goes with a swing.

Chef Tony Carrillo has created a menu of dishes using the finest seasonal produce. Tony & his wife Jan have visited regions in Spain in order to source the finest ingredients and to sample the finest of Paella dishes.

Our Paella’s

Traditional Paella

Chicken, chorizo, prawns, calamari, mussels, vegetables, rice and homemade chicken stock

Vegetarian Paella

Aubergine, peppers, courgette, onions, tomatoes, rice and stock
(Suitable for vegans.)

Seafood Paella

Prawns, calamari, mussels, vegetables, rice and homemade fish stock

Roasted Peppers

Roasted red peppers with garlic, capers and sea salt in olive oil

Stuffed Sweet Baby Peppers

Sweet baby bell peppers stuffed with cream cheese, lemon and herbs

Grilled Aubergines

Sliced aubergines griddled and dressed with olive oil, sea salt and honey

Spanish Tortilla

Tortilla filled with diced potatoes and onion with eggs

Patatas Bravas

Potatoes cooked in olive oil and drizzled with our own Bravas sauce

Padron Peppers

Padron peppers charred on a high heat and drizzled with olive oil and sea salt

Mushroom Croquettes

Croquette mix, finely chopped mushrooms, garlic and chopped parsley coated in breadcrumbs and deep-fried

Olives

Our home-made recipe, marinated in olive oil and spices

Aioli

Chorizo marinated in red wine overnight, then sliced and cooked in the juices on a high heat and served hot

Chicken Tagine

Chicken thighs cooked in a thick sauce with Moroccan spices, tomatoes, garlic and apricots

Homemade Lasagne

Our own ragu sauce layered with hardboiled egg, Italian sausage and slices of mozzarella cheese. Just like my Nonna used to make.

Vegetarian Tagine

Aubergine, squash, courgettes cooked in a thick sauce with Moroccan spices, tomatoes, garlic and apricots

Spanish Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Minced beef, spices, onion and garlic cooked in a thick tomato sauce (£14 per head)

Chicken, Chorizo & potatoes

Chicken thighs and chorizo cooked in a thick lemon sauce with pieces of potato

Chilli Beef

Chunks of stewing steak, sliced chorizo, onions, chillis and garlic cooked in a thick sauce served with rice. (£14.00 per head)

Beef Bourguignon

Chunks of stewing steak, smoked bacon, onion, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms cooked in a red wine and beef sauce. Served with new potatoes and green vegetables. (£14.00 per head)

Coq au Vin

Chicken thighs, smoked bacon, shallots, garlic and mushrooms cooked in a thick red wine sauce. Served with new potatoes and green vegetables.
